The initial idea of the Changellence-Model
Our management developers and trainers see themselves as competent companions during the change process journey of each of our clients and participants.
The basis of our approach involves sharing our experience and knowledge, connecting people and encouraging participants to increase their own knowledge. This experience and knowledge is then evaluated using the set quality standard. If this, process is practised by all parties then the change process could be awarded with an intrinsic value dynamic to achieving defined goals.
Collectively we are able to increase the speed of transaction and at the same time the quality of implementation. Others may hope and reassure themselves “it will be alright” or “somehow it has always worked”; yet it is the unity of all of our experience and the methods and tools used, that lead to an excellent, unparalleled, successful change process – we call it Changellence-Model.
