Everybody who works for The Change Process Manufacture is a companion. They accompany people who wish to develop their personality or who are to be trained. Clients, participants or target groups that are either actively or passively involved in the change process and consciously or unconsciously shape the process.

Using the Changellence-Model we have put forward to question customary ways of thinking and patterns of behaviour, it is the key element to an open and positive approach towards change. Change is the disarrangement of repeating patterns.

We notice in our findings that change cannot be imposed. “You reap what you sow” investing in your staff and their personality development is the best return on investment for your company, brand and staff. Changing the inner attitude allows a maximum dynamic to unfold thoroughly. Of course external factors play a role, but the internal changes of direction always start with the self.
