Panta rhei (Greek for “everything flows“) from this quote our intention is to strengthen the competence of the participants that come to our change workshop or seminars accompanying their development to a sustainable positive attitude when dealing with daily universal challenges of change.
When employees and managers engage in change, ideally new personal perspectives emerge. Often, the key for transformation is to highlight familiar ways of thinking, together with behavioural patterns and then to determine whether greater satisfaction with a different attitude needs to be acquired. Given autonomy within the scope of their action, self-motivation often leads to an active role in the process chain of transformation.
