Data protection/privacy
The participants’ responses are processed and stored on a server in the United States.
Only a number-number combination in conjunction with the participant’s name is saved. No complete profile is stored. Only the server administrator is able to create the profile.
The data security is therefore not with the server in the U.S., but with the person who can download the data from the server. Only, The Change Process Manufacture certified DiSC® trainers have access and are able to service the platform. It makes sense that this service is carried out by somebody outside the participating organisation, so that no one within the company has access to the data of the participants. This procedure ensures an additional security of data protection.
