Work of Leaders®
Work of Leaders® is the latest version form Everything DiSC® profiles. The previous version of DiSC® profiles; DiSC® Classic series delivered a wealth of information regarding oneself; where as the new leadership profile strongly focuses on how to lead a group or organisation. Based on key questions such as “How does a leader, win people over“, “What skills are needed?” and “What needs to be changed?” The new DiSC® Leadership Profile provides among other things the answers.
This product can be operated on all levels of hierarchy. It is suitable as a supplement to other profiles and self-management topics, as well as a top topic for a closed meeting or workshop. To ensure the efficiency of the evaluation of the profiles and the planning of sustainable measures or actions, we recommend a moderated transition by means of us as your facilitator.
Everything DiSC®
Everything DiSC® is the advancement of the previous DiSC® product with a new questionnaire and testing procedures. Enabling an interactive self-assessment; the questions are individually tailored so that a new report is formulated making the self-assessment faster. The newer Everything DiSC® no longer shows the profile dimensions with the help of a graph, but uses the so-called circumplex Radar.
As with the DiSC® Classic products, we recommend the test procedure to be accompanied by The Change Process Manufacture.
DiSC® 2.0 plus
DiSC® 2.0 plus is based on DiSC® Classic 2.0 and contains additional reports and worksheets. This product supports performance improvement, the career development, the development of ones potential and self-management. Once again, we recommend a seminar with us.
DiSC® Classic 2.0
DiSC®Classic 2.0 questionnaire focuses on the issues of team and personal development, but offers in addition to DiSC®Classic 1.0 further information such as motivation, working habits and strategies for success. This questionnaire is to be completed online.
DiSC®Classic 2.0 online assessment provides a personal report.
DiSC® Classic 1.0
DiSC® Classic 1.0 was the first DiSC® online version. The online questionnaire is applicable, among others, in the areas of team and personal development. A training is not necessary.
Salestraining
The professional competence profile is a specialised questionnaire for salespeople, which can indicate possible vulnerabilities and help build 20 core competencies.
