Jörg Meyer has gained exceptional expertise through his varied management positions within the trade and media sector, gathering valuable experience in the areas of strategy, personnel and organizational development. He offers – together with his trainer pool – a broad and holistic range of services in order to successfully guide your company through the process of change.
His collective experience has convinced him that change cannot simply be demanded but needs too start within one’s self.

The foundation for successful change and growth within a company and organisation is set, when employees and managers initiate new thinking. Jörg Meyer’s greatest passion is to accompany and support people in the exciting process of personal and business developments.
He, therefore, founded the Meyer Management Development. Together with collaborating partners, he represents a holistic concept approach due to his collective experience. The Meyer Management Development offers development and support measurements, workshops and trainings, as well as facilitating and/or organising meetings, conventions and events. All activities and measures – be it for individuals or teams – are individually developed by Jörg Meyer – tailored made to fit customers from various industries.
Since 1994 Jörg Meyer (MBA) has been appointed as lecturer and academic supervisor at the Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) for “Future Leaders” programme sharing his valuable experience and providing students with key skills in self-management, communication, presentation, as well as practical knowledge and experience gained from: Meyer Management Development in topics such as; negotiation techniques, leadership and team enhancement.
The company founder lives with his wife and son in Wesel in the Lower Rhine area, from where he also manages the Meyer Management Development with its national and international clients.
He loves to spend his spare time with his wife and their son. He is also dedicated to personal growth with all of life’s challenges and the wonderful surprises that it has to offer, along with sport, travel and music.
