Our workshop and training philosophy is based among other things on the solution-oriented consulting approach of the Americans Steve de Shazer and Insoo Kim Berg.

For activities we use our large range of ideas, questioning techniques and everyday practical exercises that assist each individual at their personal instance within the change process. Some activities appeal more to the intellect, while others affect the heart and gut. They invite everyone to self-reflect and provide opportunity to learn about their own encounter.
Our aspiration is to provide the participants with assurance and build their confidence for competence and to ensure the best possible change transfer.
